We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible while ensuring every item is carefully packed for safe delivery.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship throughout Australia. Selected products may also be available for international shipping where permitted by the manufacturer and Australian export regulations.

International customers are responsible for ensuring products can be legally imported into their destination country.

Order Processing

    • Orders are packed and shipped every Monday (AEST).
    • Orders placed before Monday will be dispatched on the upcoming Monday.
    • Orders placed after Monday's dispatch will be shipped on the following Monday.
    • Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

    Delivery times are estimated by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location and seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are automatically calculated during checkout based on:

  • Delivery address
  • Weight
  • Cubic dimensions
  • Shipping method selected

Free Shipping

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on Australian orders over AUD $150, excluding oversized or bulky items.

Oversized items such as fishing rods, rod tubes, buckets and other bulky products may incur additional shipping charges.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping

  • Metro Areas: 2–6 business days
  • Regional Areas: 3–8 business days

Express Shipping

  • Most metro areas: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather events or public holidays.

Click & Collect

Local pickup is available on weekends only by appointment.

After placing your order, please contact us to arrange a suitable pickup time. You will receive confirmation once your order is ready for collection.

To ensure a smooth pickup experience, please do not visit without a confirmed appointment.

Pre-Order Products

Products marked as Pre-Order will be dispatched once stock becomes available.

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the entire order will be shipped together unless separate shipping is requested. Additional shipping charges may apply.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees and brokerage charges charged by their local authorities.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, delivery times are outside our control. If your parcel appears delayed, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.
